Semblr is an online job marketplace for freelance programmers, graphic designers, content writers, translators, consultants, web designers, business and management consultants. Semblr is a service of Teknatus Solutions, LLC, which is registered at 3500 South Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. We collect information about our users to smooth the job flow process. We do not spam, and do not send emails without your explicit permission. We also do not sell our database, or your user information.

This Privacy Policy is to inform users of Semblr.com ("The Site") of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information that we receive from the visitors on this website or collected by SMS, WAP and Instant Messaging ("Service") through our social networking service. This Privacy Policy is liable to be updated regularly if there is a reason to do so. You will be notified of any changes in the Privacy Policy by email when the updated policy is put up on our Site. You would do good if you checked the Privacy Policy every now and then for updates or changes.

For each visitor to The Site, our Web server automatically recognizes the user's domain name and email address (where possible). If you supply us with your postal address online you may receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies at this time.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site.
